I am paralyzed from a car accident that happened back in January 2011 during a manic episode, yet I would let the accident happen over again. Because, today, I am happier than I could ever imagine. You probably all have the same question: How could I possibly say I am happier than I could ever imagine? I mean, I’m paralyzed, and I’ve said it before – that if I could go back and change the accident I wouldn’t. It’s due in fact to the direction that my life has gone due to my disability and everything that I have learned from having a disability that has internally made me more grateful for life.
